Born in Washington, D.C., she has lived in Pensacola since she was 4 years old. She graduated from B. T. Washington High School and the University of West Florida. Her Pensacola roots are deep! She does a lot of volunteer work with Truth for Youth, a local youth mentoring organization run by Rev. John Powell. Truth for Youth focuses on prevention, intervention and reduction of the rising incidents of delinquency, youth violence, youth crime, gang activity and abuse. Education

Denise Gillman, who joined the firm August 2011, is Accounting Supervisor. She is extremely experienced in financial analysis, financial statements, corporate and partnership tax as well as individual tax. For a number of years, she owned her own accounting firm. She decided that she enjoys the benefits, challenges, and camaraderie of working in a larger firm.
