A cheerful veteran of the firm since 1996, Joy is our IT Manager. She handles our computer network and all of our software. Every tax season finds her immersed in paper and electronic tax form filings. In fact, Joy is our CCRS (Computer Complaint Resolution Specialist) when it comes to stress management and problem solving.
With over thirteen years experience as a training instructor for QuickBooks® software, she provides QuickBooks training and support to many of our clients who love her expertise and dedication to client satisfaction.
Joy and her husband are avid sports fans. Sh enjoys Alabama football (Roll Tide!) while he is a Florida Gator. They both enjoy Pelican and Braves baseball. She loves it when they combine their love for sports with their love of RVing. That and their granddaughter Bailey make life truly enjoyable.
